If you don't find the answer to your question, don't hesitate to contact us here.

THE BASICS

When is the best time to contact you?

Through email, any time. Through phone, weekdays 9am-5pm EST. We will respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

How do I know if you’re available or interested in my project?

Simply send a message. Unfortunately, we can’t take on everything. Not all projects are for us or sometimes we're too busy to accept new work - but we're ALWAYS available to review your needs and give thought to how we can help you out. We're here to serve!

How much do you charge?

It all depends on what you’re asking of us. No two projects are the same, which is why we quote hourly or on a project-by-project basis. For more information check out the quote section below.

Can you complete projects quickly?

Of course!  Let us know your expected due date when requesting a quote and we’ll meet your requirements.

I need video content made, but don’t know where to start. What can you provide me with?

Already have an idea?  Great, let us hear it.  We can explore the boundaries of the idea together right through development until the production is complete. We can also provide references to professional crew members if need be to help get the best out of your vision - quick, under budget and efficiently. Learn more here.

I need designs made, but don't know where to start. What can you provide me with?

Similar to video development, if you have a vision in mind for your print or online design, we’d be happy to accommodate. Revisions can be made up to 10 business days after the returned submission. We will provide raw design files upon request. Learn more here.

I need photography done, but don't know where to start. What can you provide me with?

Our experienced team of photographers is equipped with a diverse skillset and can guide you through any kind of shoot. From corporate portraits to product ad campaigns to run-and-gun location event coverage, we're prepared to capture the image you need. Contact us for a consultation to get started. Learn more here.

I need sound design done, but don't know where to start. What can you provide me with?

Whether it's audio for video or audio cleanup for a podcast, a consultation with us can help determine the best strategy for executing your sonic vision on time and on budget; be it a Gondor-inspired sword battle or restoration of a location shoot-gone-wrong. Learn more here.

Are you interested in collaborating on personal projects?

Absolutely - we're always interested in what other artists are doing. Provided our schedule allows it, we'd love to see and hear what can be made together. We're open to any positions you need. Don’t be shy!

What if I have my own terms and copyright needs?

No problem, send over your contract and we will review.

Who owns the rights to the content once complete?

All finalized content is 100% yours. You own it and can do what you please with it. The full copyright details are outlined in our Terms of Service section for further clarification.

GETTING A QUOTE

About your quote:

When dealing with video, graphic design, photography, or sound work, every project is different - making it quite difficult to refer to a standard pricing guideline. As a result, quotes are prepared either hourly or on a project-by-project basis. Get in touch, tell us about yourself or your company, tell us about your project and what you need and we will get back to you with a quote. Your quote will consist of the following information below:

The creation of your project:

The quote reflects the style and complexity needed for your project. If you take a look at our Services section, you will see that we have many visual styles that we work in. Some are quicker than others. If you already have a style in mind for your project, let us know ahead of time. Or if you have a budget to stick to, be sure to let us know and we can start with a style that fits.

An approximate hourly rate:

Although some projects are only concerned with a flat fee, some require a scheduled time commitment - such as being on set, or more complex graphic creation or post-production needs. As you’ll see from our Services section, we offer a variety of production, post-production, photography and design services. For some projects we prefer to work on an hourly rate. We also may request an hourly fee for any of the following services: changes beyond delivery of the first “final” submission, file management, rushed requests, or working with layouts and mockups. For hourly work we use job tracking widgets to track your time (charged in quarter-hour increments), so you can be sure that your rates are honest and accurate. Hour logs may be delivered with final invoice and are available at any time upon request.

Terms:

All quotes are estimates and are subject to change. Quotes are only valid for 30 days, and only cover the initial scope of the project. Terms of agreement and payment information are provided with all quotes. The full copyright details are outlined in our Terms of Service section for further clarification.
